Cosmos, the team looking to create an ‘internet of blockchains’, has announced a strategic partnership with the self-evolving cryptocurrency platform BOScoin.

The two teams will share resources and conduct research in order to ‘help expand the overall blockchain network’.

BOScoin uses smart contracts and a decision-making body called Congress Network to create a platform that perpetually adapts that will allow it to remain relevant in any future environment.

“With so many technological advances, it’s impossible to even predict the next 5 years. BOScoin is designed to evolve through an internal funding and voting system.” – Changki Park, BOScoin CEO.

Cosmo is looking to create a network of distributed ledgers in order to try and solve a number of persistent problems in the ecosystem. On the top of the hitlist is scalability, proof-of-concept and interoperability of chains.

The Cosmos Network groups independent parallel blockchains called zones. Each zone is connected together by the Cosmos Network and powered by the Tendermint Byzantine fault-tolerant. Tendermint is a consensus engine that secures distributed ledgers without the need for proof-of-work.

“Cosmos is creating a common infrastructure for the internet of blockchains, to enable projects like BOScoin to focus on creating uniquely innovative financial applications while benefiting from our state of the art open-source consensus engine and growing ecosystem of interconnected applications.” –  Cosmos founder Jae Kwon

BOScoin are having a fundraiser, starting on 10 May 2017.
